Keynote Speakers

 
 

Noni Ramos is Vice President and Chief Lending Officer for the Enterprise Community Loan Fund, one of the largest Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) in the country. Enterprise is a nonprofit focusing on assisting the stabilization of low income communities and bringing resources for the development of affordable housing. She is responsible for managing new product development, marketing of the organization's financial products and managing loan production activities. Ms. Ramos has over 15 years of experience in the community development finance field.


Carmen Wong Ulrich
is an expert contributor to The Dr. Oz Show and is also GLAMOUR magazine's personal finance expert. She's the former host of CNBC's daily personal finance show, On the Money, and be seen regularly on The Today Show, The View, and MSNBC. The author of the under-40 guide to personal finance, "Generation Debt: Take Control of Your Money," Carmen is the former special projects editor at MONEY magazine. Her second book, "The Real Cost of Living," will be released by Perigee/Penguin in December 2010. Carmen has a master's degree in psychology from Columbia University, Teachers College, a B.A. from Fairfield University and lives with her family in
Brooklyn.

 


Ann Tardy
is a professioanl speaker, an author, and a strategic consultant on mentoring and workforce empowerment issues at The LifeMoxie Company. Previously, Ann was a corporate attorney for 14 years in Silicon Valley at Pillsbury Winthrop and Fenwick & West before managing the legal departments of 2 start-ups and starting her own law firm. Ann earned an accounting degree from the University of Illinois, a law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, a CPA from the State of Illinois, and she has licenses to practice law in Illinois and California. Ann is the author of, LifeMoxie! Ambition on a Mission - 9 Strategies for Taking Life by the Horns.
