YW Strive
Providing vital workforce development training, from both hard and soft skills to digital literacy, the YW Strive program works to empower and work with varied populations entering or re-entering the workforce such as, but not limited to, formerly incarcerated folks, domestic violence survivors, refugees, and single parents. We partner with bay area based organizations to provide workshops filled with resources to become better equipped to successfully find employment or grow within their career.
Strive’s goal is to equip our communities with the necessary tools and resources to create a foundation of success within the workforce.
