Dr. Michelle Hector II

Dr. Michelle Hector II  is an executive coach and exceptional business professor with significant industry experience. She has 14 years of successful experience in the financial industry in investment banking, training, human resource management, and leading high performing teams of over 250 people. Additionally, her multifaceted experience also extends to the small business sector, where she plays a pivotal role in supporting business owners in building robust infrastructures for their enterprises. Currently, she is the Associate Director of the Silk Investment Institute where she supports the Wall Street Academy and creates curriculum, trains USF students to provide financial literacy for middle schoolers throughout San Francisco.
