We work to dismantle gender and racial oppression while welcoming and nurturing BIPOC youth and femme-identifying folks.

Since our founding in 1889, it has been a priority to provide the network and opportunity to develop leaders in the community. Through our internships, fellowships, and student employment positions, the YWCA is committed to creating career pathways and building tools for professionalism for young leaders in our community.
