Moving Through Anxiety: Somatic Tools to Reset Your Nervous System

Join us for an afternoon of self-care led by Kamailia Williams, LMFT. Through her integrative approach she will help you reconnect with your authentic self by blending somatic therapy, expressive arts (movement, dance, music), and elements of cognitive and spiritual healing. Come as you are, and give yourself this time to learn to reset your nervous system. Light snacks and refreshments will be served. This event is being offered as a part of our Wellness programming.
