A Creative Self Care Series: Sip and Self Care
The YWCA Berkeley/Oakland is hosting a FREE Sip & Self-Care Night, where participants can relax, enjoy wine, and create personalized self-care bags with soothing items. All materials and refreshments are provided, and the evening will focus on building simple self-care habits and supporting overall well-being.
Light finger foods and beverages will be available as we spend time together building simple self-care practices and supporting our mental and emotional wellness.
Self Care Vision Boarding
Come join the YWCA Berkeley/Oakland Mental Health Program for a grounding and creative vision boarding event!
Together we will each create our own personalized vision board centered on self‑care goals, intentions, and practices to help us feel nourished and supported.
All materials will be provided, and no artistic experience is needed—just bring yourself and an openness to reflect.
We will provide finger food and beverages to nourish our bodies as we vision together to support our mental and emotional wellness for the year ahead! Look forward to seeing you there!
Mental Health Drop-In Support group
This is a no theme event, just based off drop in topics and conversations. It is open to the community as a space to come and share what is going on and receive support.
Healing Circle
A healing circle for post-voting, where aromatherapy and yoga will be provided. A collaboration with Mixed@Berkeley and in partnership with YWCA staff, Monica Lessare, PsyD and Ameeta Singh, LMFT.
